Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to people who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding the visa click HERE.
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made only after the Conference.
|Before 90 Days of conference date||After deduction of 15% administrative Charges it will be refunded after the event|
|Between 0-90 days of conference date||No refund will be provided, but can be forwarded to next year event|
If you are unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat.
